It's the turn of the earliest English/American/western translation of the manga from the year 2000, simply titled 'Sailor Moon, Vol. 1', by Chix Comix/MixxZine/Tokyopop.
So much cringe and cheese, I love it! It has an old school '90s charm.
Nostalgia is a powerful influence. Perhaps more powerful than the Silver Sailor Crystal.
